Jesse Eisenberg, Ellen Page, and Alec Baldwin Join Penelope Cruz in Untitled Woody Allen Film
by Matt Goldberg Posted: April 13th, 2011
Jesse Eisenberg, Ellen Page, and Alec Baldwin are joining Penelope Cruz in Woody Allen’s next feature film. Variety reports that the film is scheduled to shoot in Rome this summer. As usual, the plot and title are unknown at this point, but I’m willing to bet that if it’s a drama then the story will revolve around morals and murder, and if it’s a comedy there will be a neurotic Allen-surrogate. The casting of Eisenberg makes me think it’s the latter.

The untitled film will be the first collaboration with Allen for Eisenberg and Page, but it will be a reunion for Cruz and Baldwin. Cruz previously starred and won an Oscar for her work in 2008’s Vicky Christina Barcelona while Baldwin co-starred in Allen’s 1990 comedy Alice. Allen’s new film, Midnight in Paris, opens May 20th.

Hugh Laurie to Star in Andrew Adamson’s MR. PIP
by Matt Goldberg Posted: April 13th, 2011
Hugh Laurie is set to star in an adaptation of Lloyd Jones novel’ Mr. Pip for writer-director Andrew Adamson (Shrek 2). According to Risky Business, “Mr. Pip tells the story of the last white man left on the war-torn island of Bougainville, Papua New Guinea, who reopens a school and reads his favorite novel, Great Expectations, to the students, inspiring a gifted 14-year-old named Matilda.” For who can inspire a classroom full of fertile young minds better than The Last White Man (my rejected title for the film)?

Laurie is continuing to star on Fox’s House, and will co-star in the indie drama The Oranges with Leighton Meester and Catherine Keener. He’s also providing voice work for the upcoming animated film Arthur Christmas. Hit the jump for a statement from Laurie on joining Mr. Pip and a synopsis of the novel.

Diane Lane Reveals MAN OF STEEL Will Yet Again Show Superman’s Origin
by Matt Goldberg Posted: April 13th, 2011
It looks like we’re in for yet another telling of Superman’s backstory. Diane Lane, who plays Martha Kent, tells E! Online that the script for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel is being kept under lock and key and she was given only three hours to read it. Lane says she can’t talk much about it (obviously), but does say Man of Steel “does cover the entire range of years, from infancy on.” I wish we would just get a quick montage of Superman’s youth, but with casting name-actors like Lane and Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent, it looks like we’re in for at least 40 minutes of stuff we already know.

Hit the jump for my thoughts on why it’s time to ditch the origin story for Superman. Man of Steel stars Henry Cavill, Michael Shannon, and Amy Adams. The film is set to open in December 2012. For all of our Superman coverage, click here.

Sally Field Set to Play Mary Todd Lincoln in Steven Spielberg’s LINCOLN
by Adam Chitwood Posted: April 13th, 2011
Sally Field is officially set to portray Mary Todd Lincoln in Steven Spielberg’s upcoming biopic Lincoln. After years of development, it looks like Spielberg is finally moving forward with the film. Daniel Day-Lewis is set to play Lincoln himself (long-attached Liam Neeson dropped out of the picture last summer). Pulitzer-Prize winning playwright/screenwriter Tony Kushner (Munich) wrote the screenplay based on the book Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin. Spielberg had this to say regarding Field’s casting:

“I’m excited to be working with Sally for the first time. I’ve admired her films and she has always been my first choice to portray all the fragility and complexity that was Mary Todd Lincoln.”

Field had been mentioned with regards to the role for quite a while, but she’s now officially signed on. The actress recently nabbed the role of Aunt May in The Amazing Spider-Man. Lincoln will focus on “the political collision of Lincoln and the powerful men of his cabinet on the road to abolition and the end of the Civil War.” Filming is set to begin this fall, with an eye towards a fourth-quarter 2012 release. This one just jumped to the top of my “most anticipated” list for 2012. Hit the jump to read the full press release.

Breck Eisner in Talks to Direct THE LAST WITCH HUNTER; Timur Bekmambetov Will Produce
by Brendan Bettinger Posted: March 16th, 2011
Breck Eisner (The Crazies) is in early talks to direct The Last Witch Hunter for Summit Entertainment. (Not to be confused with Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters.) The Last Witch Hunter centers on one of the last remaining witch hunters charged with the population control of witches and warlocks. The magical breed is about to proliferate in “a major way” unless our protagonist can stop them.

According to Deadline, Cory Goodman (Priest) wrote the screenplay; Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted) will produce. Eisner was mentioned in connection with the Ouija movie before McG landed the gig, and dropped out of the remake of The Brood late last year. However, Eisner is still attached to remakes of Flash Gordon and Escape from New York, so The Last Witch Hunter has some competition on the way to becoming the director’s next film.

Eva Green Suggests Her DARK SHADOWS Character Will Diverge from the Source Material
by Brendan Bettinger Posted: March 16th, 2011
Eva Green recently signed on to star opposite Johnny Depp in Tim Burton’s adaptation of Dark Shadows. Green will play Angelique who, a “powerful witch who was alternately tormented and bewitched by her love-hate relationship with Barnabas Collins (Depp)” in the 1960s gothic soap opera. However, Green’s understanding is that her Angelique won’t be too familiar to fans of the show:

“I haven’t seen the TV series, but from what I’ve seen on the Internet, it’s very different. My character is very different. She’s American, blonde, cool, in the ’70s. She is this sexy witch, very powerful in town, she’s very cool. She has many faces.”

See what else Green had to say about Burton’s approach to the material after the jump.

Robert Pattinson in Talks for "Daredevil" Reboot?
Posted: March 17th, 2011 by WorstPreviews.com Staff

We just learned that 20th Century Fox is in negotiations with David Slade (30 Days of Night) to direct the studios upcoming "Daredevil" reboot, which will not be ignoring the events in Ben Affleck's 2003 film.

The new movie will not be Slade's next helming gig; he's currently setting up "The Last Voyage of Demeter." So while there's still time to put the project together, Moviehole is reporting that Slade has already had conversation with his "Twilight Saga: Eclipse" star Robert Pattinson to play the lead role.

As far as the story, the site says: "It's a bit 'Batman Begins.' The bad guy will learn who Daredevil really is and tries to destroy him – but not via the usual methods."

Jennifer Lawrence Is Katniss Everdeen In The Hunger Games
published: 2011-03-16 23:57:30 Author: Eric Eisenberg
Back on Friday things looked pretty good for Jennifer Lawrence. Dual reports came out saying that the Winter's Bone actress was the frontrunner for the lead role of Katniss Everdeen in the adaptation of Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games, a movie based on a massively popular young adult novel series that is expected to replace Twilight once that franchise has run its course. But when those reports came out no offers had yet been made and no papers signed. That apparently has changed.

The Wrap is reporting from an unnamed source that Jennifer Lawrence has nabbed the starring role in the Gary Ross film. The film is set in a world where teenagers from twelve separate districts are forced to fight each other to the death in an arena. Despite her small stature, however, she has great hunting and archery skills that not only help her to compete, but to become a true contender. Lawrence beat out actresses including Hailee Steinfeld and Abagail Breslin for the role. While the details of the contract were not revealed, it's expected that she signed a multi-picture deal.

I said this when I reported the first story on Friday, but I will repeat myself: this is probably a mistake. In addition to looking absolutely nothing like the character - something that can obviously be changed - this movie is being planned as a part of a franchise and she is a 20 year old playing a sixteen year old. That may make no difference now, but by the time the trilogy is completed she probably won't be able to pass for a teenager anymore. What do we think, commenters? Is this good news or bad news? http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Jennifer-Lawrence-Is-Katniss-Everdeen-In-The-Hunger-Games-23709.html

Diane Lane Talks Superman
Source: USA Weekend March 16, 2011

Following the announcement just two weeks ago that she is set to play Superman's adoptive mother, Martha Kent, in the upcoming Zack Snyder reboot, Diane Lane has spoken with USA Weekend about the role.

“I’ve always wanted to raise a good man,” she jokes about working alongside Henry Cavill, who will be playing both Clark Kent and Superman, “I thought that was the biggest challenge a woman could have, and so I get the embarrassment of riches.”

Lane also explains that, to help get excited for the project, she's been rewatching films from Snyder's oeuvre, particularly 2009's Watchmen. Describing the director as "audicious" and "brilliant," Lane promises that Superman is, "going to be a wild ride."

"I’m very flattered to play Martha Kent and live up to his vision," she says, "It’s pretty cool.”

Lane marks the youngest actress to ever take on the role of Martha. On the big screen, Eva Marie Saint most recently played the part in Superman Returns, taking over the role from Phyllis Thaxter who appeared in all four original cinematic Superman films. A younger take on the character was also offered in the "Smallville" television series, as portrayed by Annette O'Toole (who was just a few years older than Lane is now when the series began).

Though the role of Martha's husband, Jonathan, has not been cast, rumors persist that Kevin Costner is likely for the part.

Superman heads into production soon, eyeing a December 2012 release.

Jennifer Lawrence and Hailee Steinfeld Up for Lead in THE HUNGER GAMES [UPDATED]
by Adam Chitwood Posted: March 2nd, 2011 at 4:48 pm

To say that director Gary Ross’ (Pleasantville) adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ The Hunger Games is being followed closely by fans is a bit of an understatement. Absolutely pivotal to the success of the film adaptation is the casting of the series’ lead role of Katniss. When describing what they were looking for in actresses for the role, Ross previously stated that what makes the character attractive is her strength, assuredness, defiance “and ultimately her compassion.”

The powers that be are currently searching for the right actress, and now word comes that two of this year’s Academy Award nominees, Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit) and Jennifer Lawrence (Winter’s Bone) are in the running. Speaking with MTV, Steinfeld confirmed that she’s met with Ross to discuss the role. For much more, including why Lawrence may be the frontrunner, hit the jump. [Update: Variety has confirmed that Lawrence and Steinfeld are vying for the role, with Lawrence generating the most interest. They also add 14-year-old Abigail Breslin to the list of actresses being considered for the part of Katniss.]

Warner Bros. Based Alcon Entertainment Eyes Rights to BLADE RUNNER Prequels and Sequels
by Adam Chitwood Posted: March 2nd, 2011 at 5:05 pm

Alcon Entertainment, the Warner Bros. based financing and production company is now in final negotiations to acquire the rights to “film, television and ancillary” rights to produced sequels to Ridley Scott’s 1982 sci-fi classic Blade Runner. Though the deal prevents them from directly remaking the original film, Alcon would be free to produce as many sequels and prequels involving the film’s universe as they like. Alcon co-founders/co-CEOs Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove had this to say:

“We are honored and excited to be in business with Bud Yorkin. This is a major acquisition for our company, and a personal favorite film for both of us. We recognize the responsibility we have to do justice to the memory of the original with any prequel or sequel we produce. We have long-term goals for the franchise, and are exploring multi-platform concepts, not just limiting ourselves to one medium only.”

If Alcon is spending all that money to nab the rights, you can bet that they definitely have a sequel/prequel story in mind. Only time will tell what it will involve/how closely related it will be to Scott’s original. Hit the jump for the full press release.

Possible Titles for Peter Jackson’s THE HOBBIT Revealed
by Adam Chitwood Posted: March 2nd, 2011 at 7:10 pm

Director Peter Jackson is finally returning to Middle Earth later this month when filming begins on the two-film adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkein’s The Hobbit. While most assumed that the two-parter would simply be titled “The Hobbit”, it looks like there may in fact be a subtitle. TheOneRing.net was hipped to the fact that New Line Cinema recently registered two film titles: The Hobbit: There and Back Again and The Hobbit: An/The Unexpected Journey.

These sound about right. Though, when you tack on the Part One and Part Two, the titles become rather long (I guess Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring isn’t exactly curt). Nevertheless, Peter Jackson is directing The Hobbit, Howard Shore is returning for the score, and the cast includes Martin Freeman as Bilbo, Ian McKellan, Andy Serkis, Cate Blanchett, Elijah Wood, and many more. Shot in 3D, the first part of The Hobbit is slated for a December 2012 release, with the second part following a year later in December 2013.

Jake Gyllenhaal in Talks to Headline David Ayer Cop Drama END OF WATCH
by Brendan Bettinger Posted: March 2nd, 2011 at 7:27 pm

Jake Gyllenhaal is in early discussions to star in End of Watch, a gritty cop drama written and directed by David Ayer (Street Kings). Details are scarce, but Variety reports the story centers on the friendship between seasoned partners. Ayer will produce End of Watch with John Lesher; they’re currently putting together financing for the film. No word yet on a potential production date, nor who might play the other partner. The report descri

Gyllenhaal was recently mentioned as one of fifteen candidates for the lead role in The Bourne Legacy. Assuming Universal restricts their consideration to those 15 (they won’t), Gyllenhaal only has a 7% chance at the role. Apart from the generic title, End of Watch sounds like a fine backup plan, and there’s even a role set aside for a fellow Bourne reject. Gyllenhaal will next be seen in Source Code, which opens April 1.

Diane Lane Will Play Martha Kent in SUPERMAN
by Brendan Bettinger Posted: March 2nd, 2011 at 8:24 pm

Diane Lane has signed on to play Martha Kent in the Zack Snyder-directed Superman movie. Snyder said in a statement:

“This was a very important piece of casting for me because Martha Kent is the woman whose values helped shape the man we know as Superman. We are thrilled to have Diane in the role because she can convey the wisdom and the wonder of a woman whose son has powers beyond her imagination.”

Henry Cavill (The Tudors) will star as Clark Kent/Superman. Charles Roven, Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Deborah Snyder are producers on the film. David S. Goyer is writing the screenplay based on a story by Goyer and Nolan. The untitled Superman film is scheduled for a December 2012 release. Hit the jump for more on possible stars/characters.

Scoot McNairy Set for a Lead Role in COGAN’S TRADE; In Consideration for PROMETHEUS and ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER

by Adam Chitwood    Posted: February 16th, 2011

The already impressive cast of Andrew Dominik’s (The Assassination of Jesse James) Cogan’s Trade has added one more. Scoot McNairy, star of Gareth Edwards’ low-budge Monsters has nabbed one of the lead roles in the flick alongside Brad Pitt. Other castmembers include James Gandolfini, Sam Rockwell, Casey Affleck, Mark Ruffalo, Javier Bardem, Ray Liotta, Bella Heathcote, and Richard Jenkins. The story of Cogan’s Trade revolves around a mob enforcer (Pitt) who must investigate the robbery of a high-stakes poker game. Filming is set to get underway later this month in New Orleans.
Deadline’s report that McNairy joins Cogan’s Trade also points out that the actor is in high demand. He’s in contention for a role in Ridley Scott’s Prometheus and is circling the role of Josh Speed in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. No telling how he plans to fit all of that into his schedule should he land all of these roles, but it sure would be quite a ride. Cogan’s Trade is set to be released sometime in 2012.

Teaser Trailer for CINEMA VERITE Starring Tim Robbins, Diane Lane, and James Gandolfini

HBO has dominated the TV movie for ages.  The network has won the last 7 Emmys for Outstanding Made for TV Movie, not to mention 16 of the last 19.  But it’s not the sexiest format, so HBO’s efforts do a much better job at boosting the Emmy total than my actual interest in the network, no matter how solid Temple Grandin was.
Yet something about Cinema Verite stands out.  The cast is teriffic, featuring Diane Lane, Tim Robbins, James Gandolfini, Patrick Fugit — but that’s not it.  HBO telepics always have great casts.  I’m drawn in by the story, a look behind the scenes of the 1973 documentary An American Family, which chronicled the lives of the Loud family and effectively birthed the reality TV genre.  The first teaser trailer, which makes excellent use of “California Dreamin’” by The Mamas & the Papas, does not disappoint.  Watch it after the jump.

TV Casting: Michael Emerson is a PERSON OF INTEREST, Maria Bello is a PRIME SUSPECT, and James Van Der Beek Playing Himself in New Pilot

by Ethan Anderton    Posted: February 17th, 2011

Though we’d heard J.J. Abrams was looking to reunite Lost stars Michael Emerson and Terry O’Quinn with Odd Jobs, the series has apparently been pushed back until the next development season in 2012. However, it looks like Emerson will still be working with Abrams this season as Deadline reports the actor will lead Bad Robot’s drama Person of Interest which has been set up at CBS. The proposed series is said to follow an ex-CIA agent, presumed dead, who teams up with a mysterious billionaire (Emerson) to prevent violent crimes in New York City. David Semel (Heroes) will direct the pilot which we’ll hopefully be seeing later this year.
For news on other TV casting with James Van Der Beek and Maria Bello, hit the jump.

Diane Lane Biography

Diane Lane (born January 22, 1965) is an American film actress.

Born and raised in New York City, Lane made her screen debut at the age of 13 in George Roy Hill's 1979 film A Little Romance, starring opposite Sir Laurence Olivier. Soon after, she was featured on the cover of Time magazine. She has since appeared in several notable films, including the 2002 movie Unfaithful, which earned her Academy Award, Golden Globes and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations.

Lane has been married to actor Josh Brolin since 2004. She was previously married to actor Christopher Lambert from 1988 to 1994.

Early life

Lane was born in New York City. Her mother, Colleen Farrington, was a nightclub singer and Playboy centerfold (Miss October 1957), who was also known as "Colleen Price." Her father, Burton Eugene Lane, was a Manhattan drama coach who ran an acting workshop with John Cassavetes, worked as a cab driver, and later taught humanities at City College. When Lane was 13 months old, her parents split up. Her mother went to Mexico and obtained a divorce while retaining custody of her daughter until the child was six. Her father got custody of her after Farrington moved to Georgia. Lane and her father lived in a number of residential hotels in New York City and she would ride with him in his taxi.

When Lane was fifteen years old, she declared her independence from her father and ran away to Los Angeles for a week with actor and friend Christopher Atkins. Lane later remarked, "It was reckless behavior that comes from having too much independence too young." She returned to New York and moved in with a friend's family, paying them rent. In 1981, she enrolled in high school after taking correspondence courses. However, Lane's mother kidnapped her and took the teenager back to Georgia. Lane and her father challenged her mother in court and six weeks later she was back in New York. Lane did not speak to her mother for the subsequent three years, but they have since reconciled.

Career

Lane's maternal grandmother, Eleanor Scott, was a thrice-married Pentecostal preacher of the Apostolic denomination, and Lane was influenced by the theatrical quality of her grandmother's sermons. Lane began acting professionally at the age of six at the La MaMa Experimental Theater Club in New York, where she appeared in an production of Medea. At 12 she had a role in Joseph Papp's production of The Cherry Orchard with Meryl Streep. Also at this time, Lane was enrolled in an accelerated program at Hunter College High School and was put on notice when her grades suffered from her busy schedule. At 13 years old, she turned down a role in Runaways on Broadway to make her feature film debut opposite Laurence Olivier in A Little Romance. Lane won high praise from Olivier who declared her 'The New Grace Kelly'. At the same time Lane was featured on the cover of Time, which declared her one of Hollywood's "Whiz Kids."

In the early 1980s, Lane made a successful transition from child actor to adult roles. Her breakout performances came with back-to-back adaptations of young adult novels by S.E. Hinton, adapted and directed by Francis Ford Coppola: The Outsiders in 1982 and Rumble Fish in 1983. Both films also featured memorable performances from a number of young male actors who would go on to become leading men in the next decade (as well as members of the so-called ""Brat Pack""), including Tom Cruise, Rob Lowe, C. Thomas Howell, Emilio Estevez, the late Patrick Swayze, Mickey Rourke, Nicolas Cage, and Matt Dillon. Lane's distinction among these heavily male casts advanced her career while affiliating her with this young generation of male actors. Andy Warhol proclaimed her, "the undisputed female lead of Hollywood's new rat pack."

However, the two films that could have catapulted her to star status, Streets of Fire (she turned down Splash and Risky Business for this film) and The Cotton Club, were both commercial and critical failures, and her career languished as a result. After The Cotton Club, Lane dropped out of the movie business and lived with her mother in Georgia. According to the actress, "I hadn't been close to my mom for a long time, so we had a lot of homework to do. We had to repair our relationship because I wanted my mother back".

Lane returned to acting to appear in The Big Town and Lady Beware, but it was not until 1989's popular and critically acclaimed TV mini-series Lonesome Dove that Lane made another big impression on a sizable audience, and was nominated for an Emmy Award for her role. She was given positive reviews for her performance in the independent film My New Gun, which was well received at the Cannes Film Festival. She went on to appear as actress Paulette Goddard in Sir Richard Attenborough's big-budget biopic of Charles Chaplin, 1992's Chaplin. Lane won further praise for her role in 1999's A Walk on the Moon, opposite Viggo Mortensen. One reviewer wrote, "Lane, after years in post-teenaged-career limbo, is meltingly effective." The film's director, Tony Goldwyn, described Lane as having "...this potentially volcanic sexuality that is in no way self-conscious or opportunistic." Lane earned an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Female Lead. At this time, she was interested in making a film about actress Jean Seberg in which she would play Seberg.

In 2002, Lane starred in Unfaithful, a drama film directed by Adrian Lyne and adapted from the French film The Unfaithful Wife. Lane played a housewife who indulges in an adulterous fling with a mysterious book dealer. The film featured several sex scenes. Lyne's repeated takes for these scenes were very demanding for the actors involved, especially for Lane, who had to be emotionally and physically fit for the duration. Unfaithful received mostly mixed to negative reviews, though Lane earned widespread praise for her performance. Entertainment Weekly critic Owen Gleiberman stated that "Lane, in the most urgent performance of her career, is a revelation. The play of lust, romance, degradation, and guilt on her face is the movie's real story". She followed that film up with Under the Tuscan Sun, based on the best-selling book by Frances Mayes.

In 2008, Lane reunited with Richard Gere for the movie Nights in Rodanthe. It is the third movie Gere and Lane filmed together. The film was based on the novel of the same title by Nicholas Sparks. Lane also starred in Jumper, and Untraceable in the same year. She then appeared in Killshot with Mickey Rourke, which was given a limited theatrical release before being released on DVD in 2009.

In 2008, Lane expressed frustration with being typecast and stated that she was "gunning for something that's not so sympathetic. I need to be a bitch, and I need to be in a comedy. I've decided. No more Miss Nice Guy". The actress has even contemplated quitting acting and spending more time with her family if she is unable to get these kinds of roles. She said in an interview, "I can't do anything official. My agents won't let me. Between you and me, I don't have anything else coming out".

In 2010, Lane starred in Secretariat, a Disney film about the relationship between the 1973 Triple Crown-winning racehorse and his owner, Penny Chenery, whom Lane portrayed.

Awards

Four days before the New York Film Critics Circle's vote in 2002, Lane was given a career tribute by the Film Society of Lincoln Center. A day before that, Lyne held a dinner for the actress at the Four Seasons Hotel. Critics and award voters were invited to both. She went on to win the National Society of Film Critics, the New York Film Critics Circle awards and was nominated for a Golden Globe and an Academy Award for Best Actress. In 2003, she was named ShoWest's 2003 Female Star of the Year.

Lane ranked at #79 on VH1's 100 Greatest Kid Stars. She was ranked #45 on AskMen.com's Top 99 Most Desirable Women in 2005, #85 in 2006 and #98 in 2007.

Personal life

In the early 1980s, Lane dated actors Timothy Hutton, Christopher Atkins, Matt Dillon, and later rock star Jon Bon Jovi. Lane met actor Christopher Lambert in Paris while promoting The Cotton Club in 1984. They had a brief affair and split up. They met again two years later in Rome to make a film together, entitled After the Rain, and in two weeks they were a couple again. Lane and Lambert married in October 1988 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They had a daughter, Eleanor Jasmine Lambert (born September 5, 1993), and were divorced following a prolonged separation in 1994. While making Judge Dredd in 1995, Lane began dating the film's director, Danny Cannon.

Lane became engaged to actor Josh Brolin in July 2003 and they were married on August 15, 2004. On December 20 of that year, she called police after an altercation with him, and he was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. Lane declined to press charges, however, and the couple's spokesperson described the incident as a "misunderstanding".

Lane is also involved in several charities, including Heifer International, which focuses on world hunger, and Artists for Peace and Justice, a Hollywood organization that supports Haiti relief. However, she tries not to draw attention to her humanitarian efforts: "Sometimes I give with my heart. Sometimes I give financially, but there's something about [helping others] that I think ought to be anonymous. I don't want it to be a boastful thing."
