Cate Blanchett attends the opening gala for Set In Style: The Jewelry Of Van Cleef & Arpels at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum on Wednesday (February 16) in New York.
The 41-year-old actress chose a Balenciaga gown, Van Cleef jewels, and Roger Vivier shoes.
Cate will join fellow Oscar winners Tom Hanks and Reese Witherspoon on the stage at the 2011 Academy Awards later this month as a presenter!

Matt Damon & Emily Blunt Cover 'Men's Health' March 2011
Here’s what the actors, who star in The Adjustment Bureau, had to share with the mag:
Matt, on close friend Ben Affleck: “When one of us comes up with an absolutely…horrible idea…the other person, without batting an eyelash, says, ‘That’s a terrible idea.’”
Emily, on working with Matt: “I met Matt and he was lovely and very funny, and instantly, I thought, ‘Oh, we could be like teenage boys together. Just be weird and stupid and silly.’”
Matt, on starring opposite Emily: “There are a lot of great actresses her age right now, but Emily is just…unbelievable.”
FYI: The duo also covers the mag’s Style Special - Matt is wearing a Ralph Lauren Black Label suit, shirt, and tie, while Emily is wearing a Christian Siriano dress!
